  • Fiberhost provides web hosting, domain registration, and related services in accordance with applicable laws and ICANN/Registry regulations.

  • Domain registration is subject to ICANN, Registry, and TLD-specific rules.

3.2 Use of Services

  • You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity, including but not limited to:

    • Distributing malware or viruses

    • Spamming or phishing

    • Infringing intellectual property rights

    • Engaging in activities that harm the network, systems, or users of Fiberhost

3.3 Service Availability

  • Fiberhost strives to maintain continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

  • Scheduled maintenance or emergency downtime may occur; Fiberhost will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.

4. Payment Terms

  • All fees for Services must be paid in full as per the pricing and billing terms at the time of purchase.

  • Payment information must be accurate and up to date.

  • Fiberhost may suspend or terminate Services if payments are not received.

  • Refunds, if any, are subject to Fiberhost’s refund policy or as stated in the service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, graphics, logos, and trademarks of Fiberhost are our property or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

  • Domain names registered through Fiberhost remain subject to ICANN and Registry rules, and you may not use them to infringe third-party rights.

6. User Content

  • Users may submit content such as comments, feedback, or messages.

  • By submitting content, you grant Fiberhost a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content to provide and promote our Services.

  • You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Fiberhost’s total liability to you for any claims related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that all content will be secure.

10. Indemnification

  • You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fiberhost, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of:

    • Your violation of these Terms

    • Your use of our Services

    • Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of a third party

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  • Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved primarily through amicable negotiations.

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

12. Modifications to Terms

  • Fiberhost may modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion.

  • Users will be notified of significant changes via email or website announcements.

  • Continued use of Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
